Retail Services
Work that is one part maintenance, one part new partner rollouts, one part future work and one part partner demos that highlight the work we push forward for Citi.
From 2005-2007 I worked onsite at the Citi Office located in Irving, Texas. Where we worked together with Citi as they evolved that location into a development hub. Along with moving from waterfall to Agile.
Helped to create an environment for collaboration between Partners, Client and Razorfish.

Partner Rollouts
Over the last few years we have helped Citi rollout 20+ partnerships. Each new partner has a unique design and is based on the brand colors and styles as much as possible to create a uniform design from brand to co-branded payment site.
Documentation is critical since not all partners have the same functionality or options. A few partners have everything under the sun where others might be a scaled back lite version.
White Label
White Label documentation serves as a reusable frame of reference that’s representative of Fusion as a system. When paired with a partner specific UI Kit, it can be repurposed to align to any branding specifications.
Throughout White Label design comps, the “Boxey” cube logo is used as well as a vibrant blue and neutral gray. When these branding elements are present, the comp is a White Label representation.
