Overseeing the management of the creative capabilities of Sapient Razorfish's Dallas Studio: 10+ design-ers, user experience, content strategists, functional analysts and project managers. Working side by side with the client, engaged in the Scrum rooms and Agile processes to support 6 teams onsite and 2 offshore.
Growing and building the Dallas team and portfolio while elevating the creative output and quality. Introduc-ing new tools and processes to facilitate richer cross-functional teamwork that deliver compelling products and services for clients and customers.
Mentoring talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Project Managers to schedule deadlines and delivery issues. Interviewing and hiring of new talent to fill new roles ensuring that they will succeed through proper on boarding and communication.
ART & CREATIVE DIRECTION, UX & DESIGN

Working on a variety of projects from wire framing and design of mobile app, logos, branding and research. Creation of
logos, information graphics, business cards, web layouts, conceptual design layouts for web and print. Working with known
agencies: Story Worldwide, Concentric, Atmosphere Proximity, SidewaysNYC as well as consulting for startups.
ACADEMY OF ART
Instruction of UX Design & Navigational Structure, Students will learn about human behavior, architecture, navigation, and
design for websites. Students will learn to relay information to a customer to enhance clarity, density, and dimensionality of
information display and develop design strategies for delivering information in an interactive environment.
Lead Designer + UX May 2013 – August 2013
Implementing the initial development of user experience from onsite interviews/meetings with doctors and nurses. Using
that research work to execute the core functionality of an iOS app. Currently under the umbrella of DreamIt Health.

Hands on design where I lead by example. Apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, daytoday
shepherding of a project to completion and team play with engagement managers, production, and technology leads are all part of my daily
life at Organic.

Instruction of COMD, A communication class for designers and other majors. Teach students how to use a digital camera.
Development of course curriculum. Instruction in advanced Photoshop techniques along with the teaching the power of the
visual. Develop the notion of their voice and their own perspective and way of seeing.

developing future marketing possibilities for Adkeeper. Story boarding from concept to a story.

Lead Designer, plan design and manage projects. Working closely with the CEO and the development team when creating
new online games, social media platforms, and marketplace development of an online social shopping community. Design
